<p>This Master aims at forming the Fashion Marketing Manager: a professional in  charge of implementing and running the strategies on behalf of a company,  drafting and enforcing the marketing plan with the Chief Executive and the  Communication Director.<span id="more-283"></span></p>
<p>A professional able to interpret the economical scenario, to anticipate and  analyse the changes incurring in the Fashion System, to evaluate competitors&#8217;  strengths and shortcomings, to segment and monitor the market, to choice  distinctive competitive positioning, that allows to build the brand awareness  and achieve a better performance concerning market, image and  financial-economical results.</p>
<p><strong>Program</strong></p>
<p>The educational specialisation in Retail management allows to deal with the  various challenges of contemporary distribution in a detailed way: from the  Fashion Buyer, interpreting the market trends for his/her own clients and  defining the purchase plan of collections, up to the Retail Manager, monitoring  and leading the performance of the stores in his/her own area up to the Visual  merchandising manager, in charge with the brand image and the presentation of  the collections within the point of sale.</p>

<p>To co-ordinate an integrated communication  policy, from concept to carrying out, means to define the goals, seek the most  suitable media depending on the target groups, select, manage and co-ordinate  those people who contribute to designing and promoting the corporate image:  photographers, stylists, art directors.<span id="more-276"></span></p>
<p>The Stylist is in charge of the choise  of the garments and of the composition of the outfits for the presentation of  the fashion collections. The Stylist is a real journalist and visual reporter as  well as the ring that links the manufacturing world of fashion magazines  reader. Program</p>
<p>The didactic programme comprises 600 theoretical hours and the remaining will  focus on design and workshops. The best students in the Master Course will be  awarded an internship programme in some of the most important Fashion Companies.  The main strength of this Master, is its capacity to combine theoretical  preparation, study and analysis of the most successful manufacturing case  studies with solid experience carried out in collaboration with enterprises  within the sector.</p>

<p>The course in Design Management aims to provide students with a broad range  of management skills, methods and tools and to discover the roles, functions and  tasks of the company department. It also enables design, marketing and business  professionals to bridge the gap between these different areas, to become key  drivers of the creation, management and development of their own brands.<span id="more-267"></span></p>
<p><strong>Program </strong></p>
<p>The Master will consist of two parts: one theory and one practical.<br />
The  first part will focus on project management, elements of strategic programming,  business strategy, marketing and sales, and finance and human resources, among  other topics.  The second part will include different workshops, historical case  studies and the final project.</p>
<p><strong>Target </strong></p>
<p>Designers interested in coordinating interdisciplinary projects.  Designers that want to acquire a profound knowledge of the design business  field in order to conceive successful products and to efficiently manage all the  production processes. Designers that already run a studio or own a small  brand and want to expand.<br />
People coming from general business and management  areas and who are interested in the design field.</p>

They will be held with the support of prestigious  European companies. - Cultural observatory structured into expert conferences  given by some of the most prestigious people in the world of culture on our  continent. - Throughout the program, there will be agreements,  meetings, visits and seminars with both public and private Entities, which will  provide not only sponsorship, but also technical and practical support for the  general development of each of its stages. - We will visit the most important trade fairs, exhibitions,  museums, schools and professionals studios in Europe. - Thesis project.  Target Designers, degree holders in Fine Arts, Audiovisual  Communication and Advertising, product engineers and architects.</p>

<p>The aim of the Master is to train marketing managers able to  operate in luxury goods companies and service providers. The Master participants  will acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the related markets and a deep  understanding of the customers&#8217; behaviour, as well as a knowledge of culture and  history as the basis of Italian style.<span id="more-263"></span></p>
<p>They will be able to implement their  company strategy and to develop and realize marketing plans, in order to reach a  distinctive competitive position and brand awareness.</p>

<p>The master offers the opportunity to deal with established  companies and to develop specific skills on implementing a marketing plan, by  analysing significant cases as well as by realizing projects in collaboration  with firms of that industry.</p>

<p>Target Candidates graduated in related fields or with an equivalent  diploma from a private school. Managers, professionals and workers with at least  two-year work experience in the industry .  Frequency and Duration</p>

<strong>Attendance</strong>: 5 full-time days a week (Monday -  Friday)</p>
